Issue professional completion certificates to students who finish your courses. Certificates increase perceived value, motivate completion, and give students a shareable credential.

Certificate Designer

Using Templates

Euron Systems provides 10+ professionally designed certificate templates:

  1. Go to Course → Settings → Certificate.
  2. Browse the template gallery.
  3. Click Use Template to customize it.

Customization Options

Certificate Verification

Every certificate issued on Euron Systems includes:

  • Unique Verification Code — A unique ID that can be verified on your platform
  • QR Code — Scan to verify the certificate online
  • Verification URL — Direct link to the verification page showing certificate details

This allows employers, institutions, or anyone to verify the authenticity of a certificate.

Issuing Certificates

Automatic Issuance

Configure certificates to be issued automatically when a student meets completion criteria:

  1. Go to Course → Settings → Completion Criteria.
  2. Define what constitutes completion (all lessons watched, quizzes passed, etc.).
  3. Enable Auto-Issue Certificate.
  4. When a student meets the criteria, the certificate is generated and sent via email.

Manual Issuance

Issue certificates manually for special cases:

  1. Go to Course → Certificates → Issue Certificate.
  2. Select the student(s).
  3. Click Issue — certificates are generated and emailed.

Certificate Analytics

Track certificate metrics:

  • Total certificates issued
  • Issuance rate (certificates issued / total enrollments)
  • Verification lookups (how often certificates are verified)
  • Social shares (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
