Euron Systems uses adaptive bitrate streaming to deliver the best quality based on each viewer's connection:

Advanced Features

Screen Sharing

Share your entire screen or a specific application window:

  1. Click the Share Screen button in the toolbar.
  2. Select what to share: entire screen, application window, or browser tab.
  3. Attendees see your shared screen alongside your camera feed.

Presentation Mode

Upload slides and present them within the webinar:

  1. Before the webinar, upload your presentation (PDF or PPTX).
  2. During the webinar, switch to Presentation Mode.
  3. Navigate slides using arrow keys or the slide panel.
  4. Your camera feed appears as a small overlay.

Breakout Rooms

Split attendees into smaller groups for activities:

  1. Click Breakout Rooms in the moderator panel.
  2. Set the number of rooms and assign attendees (automatic or manual).
  3. Set a timer for the breakout session.
  4. Broadcast messages to all rooms simultaneously.
  5. Close rooms to bring everyone back to the main session.

Troubleshooting

  • Poor video quality — Check your upload speed; close other bandwidth-heavy applications
  • Audio echo — Use headphones or earbuds instead of speakers
  • Connection drops — Switch from WiFi to a wired ethernet connection
  • Browser issues — Clear cache, disable extensions, or try a different browser
