Creating Webinars

Webinars are one-off live events perfect for presentations, workshops, product launches, expert panels, and Q&A sessions. Unlike live courses (which have multiple recurring sessions), webinars are standalone events.

    • Duration — Expected length (30 min to 4 hours)
    • Timezone — The timezone for the scheduled time
    • Speaker(s) — Add speaker name, bio, and photo

  • Q&A Panel — Separate Q&A section for organized questions
  • Polls — Pre-configure polls to run during the webinar
  • Handouts — Upload files attendees can download during the session

Step 4: Email Reminders

Set up automated reminder emails:

  • Confirmation Email — Sent immediately after registration

Running the Webinar

  1. Click Start Webinar at the scheduled time (or up to 15 minutes early).
  2. The webinar room opens with your video feed and presentation tools.
  3. Attendees join using the link from their registration confirmation.
  4. Use the moderator panel to manage Q&A, polls, and chat.
  5. Click End Webinar when finished.

Post-Webinar

After the webinar ends:

  • The recording is processed automatically (typically 10-30 minutes).
  • Send the recording link to all registrants (including no-shows).
  • Review attendance analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Export the attendee list for follow-up campaigns.
