Affiliate Program

The Euron Systems affiliate program lets you recruit partners, influencers, and even students to promote your courses. Affiliates earn a commission for every sale they refer.

Setting Up

Go to Marketing → Affiliates → Setup.
Configure the program:
- Commission Rate — Percentage or fixed amount per sale (e.g., 20%)
- Cookie Duration — How long the referral cookie lasts (e.g., 30 days)
- Minimum Payout — Minimum earnings before payout (e.g., $50)
- Payout Schedule — Monthly, bi-weekly, or on-demand
- Payout Method — Bank transfer, PayPal, or wallet credit
Enable the program by toggling Active to on.

Affiliate Dashboard

Each affiliate gets a personal dashboard showing:

Referral Link — Their unique tracking link
Clicks — Number of clicks on their referral link
Conversions — Number of sales generated
Earnings — Total commissions earned
Payout History — Past payouts
Marketing Materials — Banners, logos, and promotional content you provide

Recruiting Affiliates

Self-Registration

Enable a public affiliate registration page:

Toggle Public Registration to on.
Share the affiliate registration URL.
Interested partners sign up and get immediate access.

Invite-Only

Manually invite affiliates:

Go to Affiliates → Invite.
Enter the partner's email and name.
They receive an invitation to join the program.

Tracking & Attribution

First-Click Attribution — The first affiliate who referred the customer gets credit
Last-Click Attribution — The last affiliate before purchase gets credit
Coupon-Based Tracking — Assign unique coupon codes to affiliates

Managing Affiliates

Approve/Reject — Manual approval for new affiliates
Tier System — Set different commission rates based on performance
Fraud Detection — Monitor for suspicious activity (self-referrals, fake clicks)
Communication — Send updates and promotional materials to your affiliates

Coupons & Discounts — Affiliate coupon codes
Email Automation — Recruit affiliates via email
Revenue Analytics — Track affiliate revenue
