Creating a Campaign
- Go to Marketing → Email → New Campaign.
- Select the campaign type (broadcast or drip sequence).
- Choose your audience:
- All students
- Students in a specific course
- Students who completed a course
- Students who have not logged in recently
- Custom segment
- Design the email using the drag-and-drop editor.
- Set the subject line and preview text.
- Preview and test (send a test email to yourself).
- Schedule or send immediately.
Email Editor
The drag-and-drop email editor includes:
- Templates — Pre-designed email templates
- Blocks — Header, text, image, button, divider, social icons
- Personalization — Insert student name, course name, and other dynamic fields
- Mobile Preview — See how the email looks on mobile devices
Analytics
Track email performance:
- Open Rate — Percentage of recipients who opened the email
- Click Rate — Percentage who clicked a link
- Conversion Rate — Percentage who took the desired action (enrolled, purchased)
- Unsubscribe Rate — Percentage who unsubscribed
- Bounce Rate — Emails that could not be delivered
