  1. Onboarding Sequence — Welcome → Platform tour → First course recommendation → Check-in

  3. Course Completion — Certificate → Review request → Upsell next course
  4. Win-Back — Re-engagement → Special offer → Survey

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Marketing → Email → New Campaign.
  2. Select the campaign type (broadcast or drip sequence).
  3. Choose your audience:
    • All students
    • Students in a specific course
    • Students who completed a course
    • Students who have not logged in recently
    • Custom segment
  4. Design the email using the drag-and-drop editor.
  5. Set the subject line and preview text.
  6. Preview and test (send a test email to yourself).
  7. Schedule or send immediately.

Email Editor

The drag-and-drop email editor includes:

  • Templates — Pre-designed email templates
  • Blocks — Header, text, image, button, divider, social icons
  • Personalization — Insert student name, course name, and other dynamic fields
  • Mobile Preview — See how the email looks on mobile devices

Analytics

Track email performance:

  • Open Rate — Percentage of recipients who opened the email
  • Click Rate — Percentage who clicked a link
  • Conversion Rate — Percentage who took the desired action (enrolled, purchased)
  • Unsubscribe Rate — Percentage who unsubscribed
  • Bounce Rate — Emails that could not be delivered
