Invoicing

Euron Systems automatically generates invoices for every transaction. Invoices are GST-compliant (for Indian businesses) and customizable to match your branding.

Automatic Invoice Generation

When a student completes a purchase:

An invoice is generated automatically.
The invoice is emailed to the student.
A copy is stored in the admin dashboard under Payments → Invoices.
The student can also access it from their profile.

Invoice Content

Every invoice includes:

Field	Description
Invoice Number	Unique sequential number (e.g., INV-2025-0001)
Date	Transaction date
Seller Details	Your organization name, address, GSTIN
Buyer Details	Student name, email, address
Items	Course/product name, quantity, unit price
Subtotal	Pre-tax amount
Tax	GST (CGST + SGST or IGST) breakdown
Total	Final payable amount
Payment Method	How the student paid
Transaction ID	Gateway reference number

Customization

Invoice Template

Go to Settings → Invoicing → Template.
Customize the template:
- Upload your logo
- Set your business address and GSTIN
- Choose a color scheme
- Add custom footer text (e.g., "Thank you for your purchase!")
- Add terms and conditions

Invoice Numbering

Configure the invoice numbering format:

Prefix — e.g., "INV-" or "ES-"
Year Format — Include year (e.g., "INV-2025-")
Starting Number — Set the starting sequence number
Padding — Number of digits (e.g., 4 digits → 0001)

GST Compliance (India)

For Indian businesses, Euron Systems handles GST automatically:

CGST + SGST — For intra-state transactions
IGST — For inter-state transactions
GST Rate — Configurable per product (default 18% for digital services)
HSN/SAC Code — Set the appropriate code for your services

Exporting

Export invoices for accounting:

Individual PDF — Download any single invoice as PDF
Bulk Export — Export all invoices for a date range as CSV or Excel
Tally Integration — Export in Tally-compatible format (for Indian businesses)
