Reviews & Ratings

Student reviews and ratings are displayed on your course landing pages, helping prospective students make informed decisions. High ratings and positive reviews significantly boost enrollment.

How Reviews Work

  1. After a student completes a certain percentage of the course (configurable, default 30%), they receive an email prompting them to leave a review.
  2. The student rates the course (1-5 stars) and writes a text review.
  3. The review appears on the course landing page after admin approval (if moderation is enabled).

Review Configuration

  1. Go to Settings → Community → Reviews.
  2. Configure:
    • Enable Reviews — Toggle on/off
    • Review Prompt Threshold — Course completion percentage before prompting (default 30%)
    • Moderation — Auto-approve or require admin approval
    • Anonymous Reviews — Allow students to review anonymously
    • Edit Window — How long after posting a student can edit their review
