Creating Tests

Test Series on Euron Systems are standalone products designed for exam preparation. Unlike course quizzes (which are embedded within courses), test series are independent products that students purchase and take for exam practice.

Use Cases

  • UPSC, SSC, Banking exam preparation
  • JEE, NEET, GATE mock tests
  • Professional certification practice (AWS, Google Cloud, PMP)
  • Language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL)
  • Corporate assessment and hiring tests

Creating a Test Series

Step 1: Create the Series

  1. Go to Test Series → Create New Series.
  2. Enter:
    • Title — e.g., "GATE Computer Science 2025 Mock Test Series"
    • Description — What the series covers and who it is for
    • Category — Select the exam or subject
    • Thumbnail — Eye-catching cover image
    • Pricing — Free or paid

Step 2: Add Tests

Within the series, add individual tests:

  1. Click Add Test.
  2. Configure each test:
    • Test Name — e.g., "Full Mock Test 1"
    • Duration — Time limit (e.g., 3 hours)
    • Total Questions — Number of questions
    • Total Marks — Maximum score
    • Negative Marking — Deduction for wrong answers (e.g., -1/3)
    • Sections — Divide the test into sections with individual time limits

Step 3: Add Questions

For each test, add questions from the question bank or create new ones:

  • Multiple Choice — Single or multiple correct answers
  • Numerical Answer — Students type a numerical value
  • True/False — Binary choice questions
  • Comprehension — A passage followed by multiple questions

Step 4: Configure Settings

Test Analytics

After students take the test:

  • Score Distribution — Bell curve of all scores
  • Percentile Ranking — Each student's rank and percentile
  • Section-Wise Analysis — Performance breakdown by section
  • Question Analysis — Per-question accuracy rates
  • Time Analysis — Time spent per question and section
  • Comparison — Compare with topper and average scores
