Mobile App Issues

This guide covers common issues with the Euron Systems mobile app on iOS and Android devices.

Installation Issues

App Not Installing

iOS:

  1. Ensure you have iOS 15 or later.
  2. Check available storage (at least 200 MB free).
  3. Ensure you are connected to the internet.
  4. Try restarting your iPhone and attempting again.
  5. Check if Screen Time restrictions are blocking app installations.

Android:

  1. Ensure you have Android 10 or later.
  2. Check available storage (at least 200 MB free).
  3. Allow installation from unknown sources if installing via APK.
  4. Clear Google Play Store cache and data.
  5. Restart the device and try again.

Login Issues

Cannot Log In on Mobile

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you are using the correct email and password.
  2. Check internet connectivity.
  3. Update the app to the latest version.
  4. Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → Euron → Clear Cache.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Session Keeps Expiring

Solutions:

  1. Update the app to the latest version.
  2. Check that your device's date and time are set to automatic.
  3. Disable any VPN or proxy.
  4. Clear app data and log in again.

Video Playback Issues

Videos Not Playing

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps).
  2. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
  3. Clear the app cache.
  4. Update the app to the latest version.
  5. Check if your device supports Widevine DRM (most modern devices do).

Downloaded Videos Not Playing Offline

Solutions:

  1. Ensure the download completed successfully (check Downloads section).
  2. Offline access tokens expire after 48 hours by default — re-download if expired.
  3. Check that you have not been logged out (offline playback requires an active session).
  4. Restart the app.

Poor Video Quality

Solutions:

  1. Check internet speed — minimum 2 Mbps for 480p, 5 Mbps for 1080p.
  2. Go to Settings → Video Quality and set your preferred quality.
  3. Switch from mobile data to WiFi for better bandwidth.
  4. Close other bandwidth-intensive apps.

Push Notification Issues

Not Receiving Notifications

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Euron.
  2. Ensure notifications are enabled.
  3. Check that "Do Not Disturb" is off.
  4. Check notification settings within the app.

Android:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Euron → Notifications.
  2. Ensure all notification categories are enabled.
  3. Disable battery optimization for the app.
  4. Check that the app is not being killed by the system's battery saver.

Download Issues

Downloads Failing

  1. Check available storage on your device.
  2. Ensure stable internet connection.
  3. Try downloading over WiFi instead of mobile data.
  4. Clear app cache and retry.
  5. Check your plan — offline downloads may require a Pro subscription.

App Performance

App Running Slowly

  1. Close other apps running in the background.
  2. Clear the app cache.
  3. Ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. If your device has less than 3 GB RAM, performance may be limited during live classes.
