Mobile App Issues
This guide covers common issues with the Euron Systems mobile app on iOS and Android devices.
Installation Issues
App Not Installing
iOS:
- Ensure you have iOS 15 or later.
- Check available storage (at least 200 MB free).
- Ensure you are connected to the internet.
- Try restarting your iPhone and attempting again.
- Check if Screen Time restrictions are blocking app installations.
Android:
- Ensure you have Android 10 or later.
- Check available storage (at least 200 MB free).
- Allow installation from unknown sources if installing via APK.
- Clear Google Play Store cache and data.
- Restart the device and try again.
Login Issues
Cannot Log In on Mobile
Solutions:
- Ensure you are using the correct email and password.
- Check internet connectivity.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → Euron → Clear Cache.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Session Keeps Expiring
Solutions:
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Check that your device's date and time are set to automatic.
- Disable any VPN or proxy.
- Clear app data and log in again.
Video Playback Issues
Videos Not Playing
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps).
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
- Clear the app cache.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Check if your device supports Widevine DRM (most modern devices do).
Downloaded Videos Not Playing Offline
Solutions:
- Ensure the download completed successfully (check Downloads section).
- Offline access tokens expire after 48 hours by default — re-download if expired.
- Check that you have not been logged out (offline playback requires an active session).
- Restart the app.
Poor Video Quality
Solutions:
- Check internet speed — minimum 2 Mbps for 480p, 5 Mbps for 1080p.
- Go to Settings → Video Quality and set your preferred quality.
- Switch from mobile data to WiFi for better bandwidth.
- Close other bandwidth-intensive apps.
Push Notification Issues
Not Receiving Notifications
iOS:
- Go to Settings → Notifications → Euron.
- Ensure notifications are enabled.
- Check that "Do Not Disturb" is off.
- Check notification settings within the app.
Android:
- Go to Settings → Apps → Euron → Notifications.
- Ensure all notification categories are enabled.
- Disable battery optimization for the app.
- Check that the app is not being killed by the system's battery saver.
Download Issues
Downloads Failing
- Check available storage on your device.
- Ensure stable internet connection.
- Try downloading over WiFi instead of mobile data.
- Clear app cache and retry.
- Check your plan — offline downloads may require a Pro subscription.
App Performance
App Running Slowly
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Clear the app cache.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
- Restart your device.
- If your device has less than 3 GB RAM, performance may be limited during live classes.
