Custom Domain

Connect your own domain name to your Euron Systems platform so students access your platform at yourplatform.com instead of a subdomain.

Prerequisites

  • A registered domain name (from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.)
  • Access to your domain's DNS settings
  • Business plan or higher on Euron Systems

Setup Steps

Step 1: Add Domain in Euron Systems

  1. Go to Settings → Branding → Custom Domain.
  2. Click Add Domain.
  3. Enter your domain name (e.g., learn.yourcompany.com or academy.yourbrand.com).
  4. Euron Systems generates a CNAME record for you.

Step 2: Configure DNS

  1. Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
  2. Go to the DNS settings for your domain.
  3. Add a CNAME record:
    • Type: CNAME
    • Name/Host: learn (or your subdomain, or @ for root domain)
    • Value/Points To: The value provided by Euron Systems
    • TTL: 3600 (or automatic)
  4. Save the DNS changes.

Note: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though it typically happens within 1-4 hours.

Step 3: Verify & Activate

  1. Return to Euron Systems.
  2. Click Verify Domain.
  3. The system checks if the CNAME record is set correctly.
  4. Once verified, SSL certificate is automatically provisioned (HTTPS).
  5. Your custom domain is now active.

Step 4: Set as Primary Domain

  1. Toggle Set as Primary to make this your main domain.
  2. All links and emails will now use your custom domain.
  3. The default Euron Systems subdomain will redirect to your custom domain.
