AI Chat (Euri)
Euri is Euron Systems' AI-powered learning assistant available to all students on your platform. Euri answers questions, explains concepts, provides study tips, and acts as a 24/7 tutor.
How Euri Works
Euri is powered by advanced large language models trained to be helpful, accurate, and educational. When a student asks a question:
- Euri processes the query in the context of the student's enrolled courses.
- It references your course content to provide relevant, accurate answers.
- The response is tailored to the student's level and learning history.
Features
Course-Aware Responses
Euri knows about the student's enrolled courses and can:
- Answer questions about specific lessons or modules
- Explain concepts from the course material in different ways
- Provide additional examples beyond what is in the course
- Suggest related lessons the student should review
Multi-Language Support
Euri can communicate in 50+ languages. Students can ask questions in their preferred language and receive answers in the same language.
Study Modes

Admin Configuration
Enabling Euri
- Go to Settings → AI Tools → Euri Chat.
- Toggle Enable Euri to on.
- Choose which plans include Euri access (e.g., all plans, or Pro only).
Token Limits
Control AI usage and costs:
- Daily Token Limit — Maximum tokens per student per day (e.g., 10,000)
- Monthly Token Limit — Monthly cap per student
- Plan-Based Limits — Different limits for different pricing plans
Content Boundaries
Configure what Euri can and cannot discuss:
- Course-Only Mode — Euri only answers questions related to enrolled courses
- General Knowledge — Euri can answer general questions as well
- Restricted Topics — Block specific topics (e.g., political opinions, personal advice)
- Custom Instructions — Add custom system instructions for Euri's behavior
Billing
AI chat usage is billed based on token consumption:
- Tokens are deducted from your AI Wallet.
- Each student interaction consumes tokens based on the length of the query and response.
- Monitor usage in Analytics → AI Usage.
- Top up your wallet in Settings → Billing → AI Wallet.
